The only data managed by the extension includes:

  • Google Gemini API Keys: Entered by the user to authenticate requests directly to Google Gemini API servers.
  • Language Preferences: User-selected UI and AI response language options.


2. How Your Data Is Stored

All settings, API keys, and configurations are saved locally on your browser using Chrome's secure local storage API (chrome.storage.local).

  • Data never leaves your local browser environment except for direct requests sent to Google Gemini API endpoints.
  • We do not operate any third-party backend servers, databases, or analytics services.


3. Third-Party Services (Google Gemini API)

When generating reply suggestions in YouTube Studio, comment text and prompts are sent directly via encrypted HTTPS requests to Google's official Gemini API endpoints (generativelanguage.googleapis.com).
